Hi Frenz....This is Balakrishnan.J- HR Student .. I'm doing my MA - HRM in D.G Vaishnav College....

Im planning to develop H.R network and improve my knowledge towards the H.R...

This is the also a BLOG of the grand event - TANTHRA [ a national wide HR conference].. We expect a mark 0f 600 delegates to the event [ including B-school student and H.R professionals]
